Most of our classes and workshops are designed as half or whole day workshops and tie into and support our INLOVE principles.
Our Signature Program is our INLOVE Program and is for women only. The INLOVE Program is based on our six guiding principles: Invest, Nurture, Learn, Offer, Value and Embrace.
Our other popular program is the Castle Up Your Marriage approach to guarding and growing your marriage.

INLOVE Jumpstart Class
This interactive and informative class is typically a Friday night AND all day Saturday class. This is an introduction to the 6 Principles of a Wholehearted and Whole Person Approach to a Wildly Successful Marriage.
For private/custom groups, the jumpstart classes can be custom designed to be spread out over several weeks, tackling one tor two INLOVE principles each week or a a Friday/Saturday week end intensive.

Positive Affirmation Class
Positive Affirmations is about recognizing Automatic Thoughts (including negative and associative thoughts), Beliefs, and taming negative Self Talk. This class covers recognizing automatic negative thoughts, understanding your beliefs, the 7 steps to creating affirmations, including the 2 biggest mistakes that even seasoned affirmation users make.
This class helps you uncover sabotaging beliefs and roadblocks. It also introduces the idea of I-CAN-tations, and the power of positive self talk and a positive mindset.

Vision Boarding Class
Vision boards, also called Manifestation Boards, Faith Boards, Dream Boards or Prayer Boards. This half day class in an inspiring, motivational, and information-filled class where you leave with your completed “Board” that focuses on a several topics or a current goal. You choose! This class introduces you to the basic types of boards and includes examples.
Includes basic supplies needed to create a powerful and personalized “Board”. Come prepared to explore, create, and get a little messy. Wear comfortable clothes 🙂
